running so I could swim

Cyndi and I went running tonight. This time we ran at my house so she got to experience Mt. Everest Jr.(Cyndi agrees on the name). We did two miles of walk/run. I ended up having to walk more tonight because I started getting cramps in my toes. Does anyone know what to do for toe cramps and pain??? After we ran we decided to get in the pool. It was too cold to swim but it did feel good after being out running in the warm weather.

  1. All I'm going to say is that you seriously need to heat your pool! Even after a run/walk like that it still was freakin' cold!!

    try stretching your feet out. if that doesn't work I recommend going to runners world and looking it up.
