Running in Idaho

Wednesday Cynthia, Kathy and I(poor Teresa was at work) went running before it got to hot. I think I did pretty good considering the fact that I haven't ran in two weeks and the huge change in altitude. I'm finding that it is a lot harder to catch my breath at the higher elevation. I'm determined to keep at it though.

Today Melissa and I went for a run/walk. It was a lot of fun to be out enjoying each others company on a beautiful sunny morning.
